Enjoying the foods of Ecuador
Last Year, I went to Galapagos to visit my aunt and I was amazed at what they ate: yuca bread, seafood soup, seafood rice. I realized that they like seafood the most.
On the Costa Region it is also likethat, people like the fish that can be found in the encebollado, the bollo, it can be eaten fried and with patacones.
Later, they introduced me to my cousin who lived in the Sierra Region. I asked him what typical dishes were there; He told me roast guinea pig, yapingacho, and fritada.
On my way home, I found typical dishes from the Oriente Region, which were: chantacuro pinchos and chicha.
